Advanced Emergency Notification System – CC Alert
CC Alert is an add-on module used to notify all employees, emergency response and recovery teams, vendors and other user-specified contact lists in the event of an emergency.CC Alert distributes your voice messages to any phone—land line or mobile—in the world. It is also equipped for SMS, email and fax message alert modes. SMS and email are included in the Basic Notification Modes for all Crisis Commander systems.

Control Panel
Each Crisis Commander system is equipped with a Control Panel which gives you an overview of all activities currently underway during an incident including plans, meetings, notifications sent, latest log entries and more.

Dynamic Business Continuity Plans
When a business continuity plan is activated during an incident, it is presented in checklist form and is accessible by all Crisis Commander users at your organization. Since all users can quickly and easily see what tasks are complete and what remains to be done, your teams can coordinate and collaborate more effectively. Email and SMS functionality is fully integrated into the plans, enabling administrators to text or email team members with task details, as needed. Business continuity plans can also be edited on the fly to adapt to the particular circumstances of each incident.

Mobile Interface

Automated Log
Every action completed within the Crisis Commander system is automatically logged with a time, date and user stamp in your central log, allowing for after-action analysis and process improvement, and helping ensure a detailed audit trail.

Built-In Emergency Web Page with Update Feature
Every Crisis Commander system comes standard with a crisis home page. Hosted outside of your organization’s IT environment and requiring only minimal computer literacy to use, your crisis management home page enables you to quickly inform and update staff and the public when an incident occurs.

Mission Control Center for Crisis Management in Large Organizations
The Mission Control Center (MCC), as part of your large organization’s multi-system Crisis Commander configuration, allows you to manage and coordinate crisis response to multiple crises simultaneously. The MCC provides a “dashboard” view to give upper-level management an overview of all incidents at once. Your MCC also allows your administrators to check incident status or login to any system within your configuration.

Team Chat Room and Blogging Site
The Crisis Commander Forum, a chat room and blogging site accessible only by the Crisis Commander users in your organization, enables you to coordinate activities during large-scale incidents and training exercises. The Forum also enables you to brainstorm solutions to and track progress on specific issues.
